CHRISTOPHER BOBYN

Christopher Bobyn is a former BBC self-shooting director and reporter, based in Montréal, Canada after 15 years working in Europe.

 

He graduated from Queen's University in Ontario with a degree in film studies and has worked in documentary film and TV production since 2003.

 

Christopher has produced award winning TV documentaries, reports and photo essays in several languages across Europe, Africa and the Middle East for international broadcasters and magazines. 

 

Christopher held two gallery exhibits of his photojournalism in Berlin, showcasing his work from the Egyptian Arab Spring and Ukraine’s war in the Donbas, respectively.

 

His TV reports, films and photo essays have been featured by Germany’s ZDF and ARTE, National Geographic Deutschland, CNN, DW, the ABC, the Irish Times and the BBC.
